WIFI
The apartment has a 20Mbit Wi-Fi connection. Please consider a moderate video streaming usage due to the co-sharing with the others apartments. The Wi-Fi is called PALAZZO SPADA and the password is “underwood”.
BIKES
There are some free bikes for the guests (on request). Please notice that there are helmets, chains, children seats (1 to 5 years), a pomp and other equipment too. The bike garage is the back entrance of Palazzo Spada (Prampolini Street). The key is in the bunch keys. In the bike parking you are allowed to park your personal bikes too (on request). As the bikes are available for all the guests please consider that other guests could need them.
GARBAGE
Under the sink you have four buckets for separate waste collection (wet, paper, plastic / cans, unrecyclable). The bins are located in Prampolini Street near the bridge.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out is at 10:00am, if you need a late check-out, please advice the owner and he will try to do his best. Please leave your apartment clean, place the garbage in the waste carts close to the parking bikes, close the lights, the heating and air conditioning, leave the safe open and put back the apartment key in the safe box next to the door.
AIR CONDITIONING
The kitchen and the bedroom have each their own air conditioning operated by a remote control. For environmental reasons please turn it off if you are out of the apartment. The apartment’s temperature cools down quickly even if it’s very hot outside.
ELECTRICITY
There is a 3Kw power limiter switch on the electric panel inside each apartment. It allows to keep the usage of the home appliances under 3Kw. If you hear an acoustic signal from the electric panel it means that it’s necessary to turn off one or more home appliances. If eventually the switch turn off completely the electricity it’s necessary to manually turn it on. The main switch is at the entrance of the Palazzo and each apartment has its own switch with the number of the apartment.
WATER
The water in the apartment is already available (open). If you see some leaking please shut down the water valve in the bathroom or under the kitchen sink. If you experience a low water pressure please close and open again the water valve to stabilize it.
GAS
The gas valve is under the heating system.
INDUCTION COOKTOPS(only in app. 3/6/7)
All the pans in the kitchen are suitable for induction cooking. Please read the induction cooktops manual before using it. Please use wood and not metal kitchen utensils. Please pay attention that the cooktops electromagnetic field can interfer with medical devices (ex. pacemaker). Download here the manual in PDF
ELECTRIC OVEN AND MICROWAVE OVEN (only in app. 3/6/7)
The electric oven is both traditional and microwave. Please use only glass (not metal) containers or utensils in the microwave. Download here the manual in PDF.
WASHING MACHINE
The washing machine has the water valve closed, please open it before using it and close it when finished. The washing powder tabs are available in the bathroom. Download here the manual in PDF.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher is over when the lights on the floor turn from red to green (with an acoustic signal). The dishwasher tabs are under the kitchen sink Download here the manual in PDF.
SAFE
The safe instructions are on the wardrobe shutter. If you forgot your code please call the owner who will give you more instructions.
COFFEE MACHINE
Nespresso has complimentary coffee pod and has two positions, one for the espresso and the other one for American coffee or cappuccino. The heating time for Nespresso machine is 30 sec so please turn it on just before using it. You will select 40 ml for espresso and 110ml for American coffee.
TV
Full HD TV is both digital standard and satellite, the smart televisions are connected to Wi-Fi. Please keep the volume low especially in summertime if you have your windows open.

We know it can happen! Please if you break something let us know immediately so we can manage it before your departure. Thank you

SAFETY EXITS
Palazzo Spada has two safety exits, one on IV Novembre street and the other on Prampolini street, both reachable from the first floor
SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE
Each apartment has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, if it starts ringing check immediately if there is some smoke or flame, open the windors and turn off the gas and the electricity.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
With small flames please use the fire extinguisher available inside the apartment. The 1 Kg fire extinguisher for fires type A,B and C lasts 10 seconds and is either inside the chest or the wardrobe.
